- Reporting To: Executive Housekeeper or Facilities Manager.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Lead, train, and schedule a team of housekeepers.
- Inspection: Conduct daily audits of rooms, public spaces, and corridors.
- Inventory: Manage stock levels of linens, uniforms, and chemicals.
- Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and COSHH chemical regulations.
- Reporting: Document maintenance defects and room readiness via software.
- Feedback: Handle guest or resident cleaning complaints immediately. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum [X] years in a supervisory cleaning role.
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for an 8-hour shift.
