  • Tech Skills: High proficiency with premium HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and sharp negotiation capabilities.
