Key Responsibilities

Performing turning, milling, drilling, or other CNC operations as assigned.
Measuring finished components using appropriate instruments.
Checking dimensions and surface finish.
Identifying basic machining or quality issues.
Reporting machine faults to supervisors or maintenance teams.
Maintaining tools and machine work areas.
Recording production and inspection information.
Following production schedules and safety procedures.
Skills Required
Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
Basic knowledge of CNC controls and programs.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Understanding of cutting tools and machining processes.
Good numerical and measurement skills.

Qualification & Experience
Requirements may vary according to the employer and machine type. Candidates may have ITI CNC/Turner/Machinist training, diploma, vocational training, or relevant machining experience. Experience with CNC turning, CNC milling, VMC, HMC, or similar machines can be an advantage.
